MORAIRA very special place which is rightly described as the Jewel in the Crown on the Costa Blanca and is on the way to probably acquiring a similar status as the Jewel on the whole Spanish coast. A small fishing village which has been tastefully enhanced, enlarged and improved under strict control over recent years. A village still retaining its original character but with a new sophistication and cosmopolitan ambience. An excellent selection of fine restaurants offering varied international cuisine and with two fine Blue Star beaches plus numerous rocky coves. A first class Nautical Club and Marina offering excellent sailing facilities. For golf enthusiasts the courses at Club de Ifach and nearby Javea plus the soon to be constructed Club de Golf Moraira, a planned prestigious new course in the Valley of Moraira sweeping down to the village and sea complemented by a new 5* hotel with spa facilities. Moraira is a very desirable location which attracts slightly more expensive property situations than the rest of the Costa Blanca.
