Our company operating from a Moraira base, an area in which we have a particular interest, has a direct and exclusive personal involvement with a medium sized builder / developer allied to award winning Architects and interior designers, a team specializing in the design and construction of the highest quality luxury villas and responsible for the finest and most prestigious properties built in the area over the last few years.

In addition we have the added availability of separate carefully selected builders who are able to fully comply with our exacting standards of excellence.
 
We offer a complete and comprehensive service from the initial stages of finding that special plot through to completion and beyond assisting and advising in the choice of plot and the preliminary design concepts for that very exclusive villa plus the associated scheme of external works, at all times taking into consideration the clients personal criteria and budget. Once the design concepts have been agreed the Architect will prepare the project drawings ready for the clients approval and upon approval the project will be submitted for official approval, supported by the building license application and upon receipt of the approvals and the license the builder is able to commence the works
 
The design concept is of major importance whether it be modern, ultra contemporary, traditional or rustico with the style and ambience of a Spanish finca and we will obviously take into consideration the clients own design criteria and their individual requirements. To assist in the deliberations we have numerous design examples plus completed villas available for viewing.

If required, we are able to offer the services of an interior designer to advise and arrange all aspects of interior design and decor, extending to the selection of hard and soft furnishings, special fixtures and fittings with the availability of a complete turn key completion

For ease of mind we provide the opportunity to speak with our former clients to ascertain their opinions and experiences relative to their own new build project.

Normally on signing the contract the purchaser pays a 10% deposit and thereafter payments are made in equal stage payments as the works proceed, normally ten in total, with the final payment on handover on completion of the works
 
We will offer a fixed price quotation for a complete package supported by a specification and schedule of works confirming the high qualities of the works, the fittings and the various items of equipment including top quality electrical appliances, central heating, air conditioning and alarm system, plus if required an in-house intelligence computerized system , surround sound systems etc. Also including the scheme for external works with the provision of a swimming pool with underwater lights, roman steps, complete with surrounding terrace, also including paths, steps,, parking areas , boundary walls and retaining walls, auto electric double gates with remote and auto single gate with intercom and external storerooms and normally a garage or car port and if required a summer kitchen / bbq, external shower and wc. Culminating in the plot being left ready for planting and, if required we can also offer a complete landscaping and planting scheme.
 
If required, by the client we can arrange for pool cleaners, gardeners and a complete property management service, plus fiscal representation and after completition we are always available for ongoing advice and assistance
