in various locations or as an alternative a new Finca style property
can be designed and built to individual requirements and criteria.
The following model properties provide an illustration of the design
availability and the prices for same are illustrated. These prices
are the build only prices for the properties deemed to be on a flat
plot. In addition to these costs, please allow the costs for the
plot and the external works package.

Indicative Package Price:
The complete package price is dependent
upon the location, the physical area and the costs of the plot and
with properties of this quality we would envisage acquisition costs
of 150000/200000€.
In addition the costs of a full external
works package for the boundary walls, entrance gates, drive and
parking area, paths, pool terraces etc., and the costs of same will
vary dependent upon the size of the plot (boundary walls), pool
and the terrace area and whether it be on solid ground or a suspended
terrace. For indicative purposes we would suggest a provision allowance
of 60000,-/80000,-€.
We are contemplating a minimum price of 50500,-€/575000,-€
and a maximum price of 980/1050000,-€ with
various combinations at interim prices.
It should also be appreciated that a sloping
plot could attract additional costs in works of elevated construction
and dry stone retaining walls.
