The northern region of the Costa Blanca is an area of special charm with unique landscapes, fantastic sandy beaches, rocky coves and creeks with crystal clear water and is widely regarded as the most attractive and beautiful coastal area in Spain.

The region encompasses the desirable towns and villages of Moraira ,Benissa, Benitachel, Javea, Denia, Calpe, Altea and for the purchaser seeking peace and tranquility the slightly inland villages situate in the Jalon and Orba valley’s. These villages surrounded by centuries old agricultural traditions and fields of olive trees, vineyards, almond trees and orange groves yet are never more than a 30 minute drive to the coastal amenities and beaches of the Costa Blanca

The northern region of the Costa Blanca is supported by an excellent rapidly expanding and improving infrastructure, served by the Costa Blanca airports of Alicante and Valencia, with the benefit of international supermarkets, modern shopping centers, national and international schools, excellent hospitals and medical facilities and an array of first class restaurants.

There are extensive recreational activities available, including a wide choice of golf courses, tennis clubs, horse riding, sea and river fishing, scuba diving, wind surfing, water skiing, walking and even cricket and bowls plus the facilities available at the numerous purpose built marinas located in Moraira, Altea, Denia and Calpe providing excellent sailing and boating activities

This was highlighted by the hosting, in nearby Valencia, of the 2007 Americas Cup, the most prestigious sailing in the world, so successful that Valencia has been invited to host the next event in year 2011,
