The company David Ingham & Associates sl is based on the Costa Blanca in Moraira, a very special coastal village, often and rightly described as the Costa Blanca jewel in the crown which is now becoming one of the most desirable locations on the whole Spanish coast. In addition to Moraira we also cover and offer properties in the various other towns and villages in the northern region of the Costa Blanca including Altea, Calpe, Benissa, Javea and Denia, plus the slightly inland areas of the Jalon and Orba valleys. The company, David Ingham & Associates together with its principles have been established in the property market in the northern region of the Costa Blanca for over 15 years and whilst we cover the whole spectrum of property situations we have an intense interest in the new build property market and we have been involved in a considerable number of new build luxury villas over the years, probably the finest new properties in our corner of the Costa Blanca.

We are operating from ideal basics in that two of our Directors were formerly senior executives in the uk construction industry and whilst in the uk they were involved in the building of over 1,000 properties in both the development field and the provision of indivual bespoke properties, plus commercial projects including award winning schemes. This experience allied to the knowledge gained over the last 15 years in the Spanish property market place ensures that we have a depth of knowledge and experience beyond what would normally be envisaged and in essence we are true property people happy to act as your own personal property consultant.
